TriReme Medical, Inc. (TMI) is a privately held medical device company based in Pleasanton, California. Founded in 2005, it is dedicated to the development and manufacturing of novel stent technologies for the treatment of coronary artery disease (CAD) at or near bifurcations.

TMI founders, investors, advisors and employees all bring extensive experience to the company in the areas of cardiovascular stent and catheter development and commercialization.

Recognizing an unmet need for stent systems that would work as well as coronary artery bifurcations and conventional stents do in straight vessels, TMI is working with leading engineers and interventional cardiologists to solve the challenges posed by coronary bifurcation geometries.
