Amir Belson, MD, is the founder and Chief Technology Officer of NeoGuide Systems, a company delivering platform technology that transforms the way minimally invasive surgical procedures are conducted, based on Dr. Belson's intellectual property. Dr. Belson is also the founder and chief medical officer of Vascular Pathways, a vascular intervention company; Thermocure, a therapeutic hypothermia technology company; and Zipline Medical, a wound closure technology company. Dr. Belson graduated cum laude from the Technion School of Medicine, Israel Institute of Technology, in Haifa, Israel. He did his pediatric residency at Dana Children's Hospital in Tel Aviv and his pediatric nephrology fellowship at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital in Stanford. Dr. Belson also spent a year as a research fellow with the Biomedical Technology Innovation Program at Stanford. He is the author of 34 medical papers and abstracts and has more than 200 issued and pending patents.
Gregory D. Casciaro

Gregory D. Casciaro, President and CEO of AccessClosure has over 28 years of medical device experience specifically in the cardiovascular space and leadership positions in both public and private companies. Previously, he served as President and CEO of XTENT Inc., (XTNT), a revolutionary drug-eluting stent platform, Orquest Inc., which was acquired by DePuyAcromed, a division of Johnson & Johnson and General Surgical Innovations. In addition, he has held several senior level positions with Devices for Vascular Intervention, a division of Guidant Corporation (GDT), and North American Instrument Corporation. Mr. Casciaro is a former Director at Kerberos, acquired by FoxHollow Technologies, and a former Director with AngioDynamics (ANGO). He graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI with a BA degree in Business Administration.

Heng Tong holds dual appointments as Senior Vice President (Investments) at Bio*One Capital and EDB Investments (EDBI). He is responsible for EDBI's biomedical sciences investment portfolio and growth capital for local companies. He is also a member of the Working Investment Committee and Senior Management team of EDBI. He has over 12 years of experience in investments and industry development; including M&As, strategic planning, business development, and international growth into new markets. Prior to joining Bio*One, he was with the Singapore Economic Development Board where he worked with various industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and engineering companies to grow their business and operations in Asia. Heng Tong graduated top of his class with M.Eng. in Aeronautical Engineering (Imperial College, London) and M.A. in Biotechnology (Columbia University, New York).

Under his leadership, Biosensors' market cap grew from $187M to $662M, Microvention, Inc. was acquired by Terumo Corporation (its largest acquisition ever), Thermo Cardiosystems was acquired by Thoratec for over $400M, and Sorin Biomedical, Inc. successfully merged with Cobe, Inc. Mr. Kleine holds a Master's Degree from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Science from Missouri Valley College.
Eitan Konstantino, PhD
President & CEO, Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding TMI, Dr. Konstantino was co-founder, president and chief scientist of AngioScore Inc from its inception until 2006. Dr. Konstantino is the primary inventor of the AngioSculpt catheter and the Easy Exchange delivery system. Previously, Dr. Konstantino was the CEO & COO of Advanced Stent Technologies (AST), a bifurcation stent company that was acquired by Boston Scientific in 2004. He co-invented the Petal bifurcation stent that is currently in development at Boston Scientific. Prior to AST, he was Chief Technical Officer of Bypass Ltd, a developer of nitinol anastomotic devices for minimally invasive heart surgery. Dr. Konstantino received his PhD from Technion, Israel's premier engineering school. He currently serves as the co-chairman of the ASTM F04.30.06 Cardiovascular Standards Task Group.
Michael Lynn, MD

Since starting in venture capital in 1987, Mr. Wan has emphasized working with entrepreneurs in very early stage companies. He has often assumed temporary operating responsibility, managing key functions during a company's young life. He has served on the boards of many private and public medical companies including Biopsys Medical, Odyssey Healthcare, and Perclose. Mr. Wan holds a BS in Engineering and a BA in Economics from Yale University. He also holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
